Do I need prior VR experience? +

Not at all! Our friendly staff will guide you through everything before your session. All of our experiences are designed to be accessible for first-timers while still being exciting for VR veterans.

What is the minimum age requirement? +

We recommend VR experiences for ages 10 and above. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Some intense experiences are rated 15+.

How long is each session? +

Session lengths vary by experience: Solo VR is 60 minutes, VR Escape Rooms are 45 minutes, and Free Roam Battle Arena sessions are 30 minutes. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early for your briefing.

Can I book for a group or corporate event? +

Absolutely! We specialise in group bookings for birthdays, corporate team-building, school excursions, and special events. Contact us for custom packages and exclusive venue hire options.

What is your cancellation policy? +

You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged in full.
